How can we help?

For help with OttoHelper, contact Peach Pie Labs LLC. at legal@peachpielabs.com. Include your app version and a description of the issue. Please do not email passwords, sign-in codes, or full vehicle documents unless we request a necessary, redacted example.

Sign-in and AI consent

OttoHelper uses Sign in with Apple. Use the same Apple account to access your garage. Before entering the app, review the AI data-sharing disclosure and choose whether to agree. If the disclosure cannot load, check your connection and retry.

Importing documents

Use the scan/import control to photograph or select vehicle documents. Use clear, complete pages and review the extracted information before saving. If processing fails, open the import inbox and retry the affected item. AI results can be incorrect.

Maintenance and records

OttoHelper organizes service records and upcoming maintenance. It does not book appointments, contact repair shops, or send maintenance notifications. For safety-related concerns, consult a qualified mechanic; do not rely solely on AI advice.

Export and account deletion

Use the service-history or record export action to generate and share a PDF. To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account and confirm. The consent screen also has a Delete account action. This removes account access immediately and starts permanent cleanup; it cannot be undone.

Withdrawing AI consent

Open Settings → Withdraw AI consent. New AI requests stop and you return to the consent screen. Already transmitted requests cannot be recalled. To use the main app again, review and accept the current disclosure.
